• Implement and monitor processes that support intellectual-property management and verify staff compliance.
• Collaborate with product teams to execute open-source strategies and promote responsible AI adoption.
• Review and approve open-source contributions to the broader open-source community.
• Coordinate governance activities across cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, marketing, and sales.
• Support customer software-licensing negotiations, particularly regarding open-source usage.
