About the role
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy under supervision of Clinical Director
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment
- Create discharge plans for clients
Requirements
- Master’s Degree and Current Indiana Licensure or License Eligibility
- At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred.
- Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction
- Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
- Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.
- Knowledge of “best practices” behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
- Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred.
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.
