About the role
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions for diverse populations.
- Collaborate with supervisors, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care.
- Engage in regular supervision meetings to support clinical development and licensure progression.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging mental-health research.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
- Active Associate License (LPC-A, LMSW, or LMFTA) in the applicant’s respective state.
- Experience or willingness to work with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and active-listening skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards, professional growth, and quality client care.
- Must agree to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
