About the role
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status across various age groups and backgrounds.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster client engagement, growth, and well-being.
- Facilitate regular therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome challenges and enhance their quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
- Full state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the applicant’s respective state.
- Experience and comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of mental health conditions.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.
- Passion for empowering clients and promoting mental wellness.
