About the role

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status across various age groups and backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that foster client engagement, growth, and well-being.
  • Facilitate regular therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to help clients overcome challenges and enhance their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Full state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the applicant’s respective state.
  • Experience and comfort working with children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Proven ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Passion for empowering clients and promoting mental wellness.
