About the role
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening when required
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and organized data within the ATS
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with daily administrative and recruitment tasks
- Assist in preparing and posting job ads
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Help track recruitment metrics and produce basic reports
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse) is an advantage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
