About the role

  • Pre-Sales Solutions Architect partners with the local sales and pre-sales technical teams to deliver in-depth technical presentations
  • Work through complex Proofs of Concept
  • Kickoff initial software implementations
  • Manage and sell to large, complex technical environments by becoming the trusted advisor for customers
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations
  • Understand complex customer environments and be able to deliver Proofs of Concept and initial software implementations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience
  • Understand technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, and other container technologies
  • Some level of programming skills (Java, Python, PHP, JSON, NodeJS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Ability to design implementation architectures
  • Ability to build integrations using a REST API
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM) Experience is preferred
