Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8+ years of B2B software or IT infrastructure sales experience, with a strong track record in digital/e-commerce or inside sales leadership.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment in a digital sales environment.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud management, or IT infrastructure solutions (preferably HPE ecosystem) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; able to articulate ROI and business value to technical and executive audiences.
- Leadership experience: coaching, recruiting, performance management, and team development.
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, sales operations, and finance.
