About the role
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from market analyses to the successful commissioning of plants
- Analyze market potential and identify opportunities in international markets
- Develop and actively implement market-specific sales strategies
- Maintain regular contact with customers and nurture long-term relationships
- Coordinate the sales process in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as an interface between sales, engineering, project management and installation teams
Requirements
- Think beyond sales and understand solutions
- Proven experience in international technical sales, ideally in plant engineering or mechanical engineering
- Strong technical understanding, preferably with a background in food technology or bakery equipment
- Initial experience in international markets or enthusiasm for working with their specific requirements
- Communicative, structured, reliable and persuasive
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
