About the role

  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from market analyses to the successful commissioning of plants
  • Analyze market potential and identify opportunities in international markets
  • Develop and actively implement market-specific sales strategies
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and nurture long-term relationships
  • Coordinate the sales process in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as an interface between sales, engineering, project management and installation teams

Requirements

  • Think beyond sales and understand solutions
  • Proven experience in international technical sales, ideally in plant engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Strong technical understanding, preferably with a background in food technology or bakery equipment
  • Initial experience in international markets or enthusiasm for working with their specific requirements
  • Communicative, structured, reliable and persuasive
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel
