About the role

  • Leadership & Development: You lead the Technical Sales & Project Management department and develop your team professionally and personally
  • Customer Focus: You identify customer needs and, together with your team, develop tailored and practical solutions – both domestically and internationally
  • Project Responsibility: Together with your team you take ownership of complex customer projects — from proposal preparation to successful commissioning
  • Interface Management: You work closely with R&D, production, quality assurance and other departments
  • Strategic Direction: You strategically align your department so that you and your team make a significant contribution to the company's success
  • Process Optimization: You analyze existing workflows and implement targeted measures to improve efficiency
  • Team Leadership: You foster open communication, support your team in daily operations and keep strategic objectives in focus

Requirements

  • Technical Background: You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or a comparable qualification
  • Professional Experience: You have several years of experience in technical sales or project management, ideally in international plant or machinery engineering within the beverage or food industry
  • Leadership Experience: You are an experienced leader who knows how to manage and motivate large, interdisciplinary teams
  • Technical Understanding: You think structurally, understand complex interrelationships and can communicate technical content convincingly
  • Strong Communication Skills: You present confidently, can inspire customers and moderate across departments
  • Strategic Thinking: You work solution-oriented, think entrepreneurially and do not lose sight of objectives
  • Team Spirit: You encourage collaboration and motivate others to find solutions together
  • Languages: You have very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
