About the role

  • Project manage and execute 6+ trade shows from start to finish each year across Europe, Dubai, Indonesia and, in the future, US.
  • Brief booth design/building companies to ensure our stand meets sales' needs and brand identity standards.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and negotiate prices, whilst ensuring a quality execution.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to ensure on brand activations and execution of all customer touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute pre-show marketing activities such as sponsorship and advertising to ensure show objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Carry out the relevant post-show analysis and collect input/learnings for the next year.
  • Build strong relationships with the Sales Teams to ensure trade shows meet their customers' needs.
  • Immerse yourself in the flavour industry trends to deliver valuable input for the quarterly ‘discovery days’ and annual trend report.
  • Order and co-ordinate collateral and merchandise across all markets.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative and commercial flair for creating on-brand trade show booths and brand experiences
  • 6+ years’ experience in Trade show and Event project management.
  • Business-level communication skills in English.
  • Readiness to travel to the EU/US/Middle East regions for Events/Trade shows (estimated travel 25-30 days per year)
  • Confident leading meetings and asking the right questions at the right time to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach whilst attending shows to handle booth set up, packing down, and any on-site event management and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborative and inquisitive mindset for fostering a positive relationship with Sales & Marketing team members across our global offices.
  • Experienced in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities through trade fair attendance.
  • Proficiency in German is an advantage.
