About the role
- Lead and coordinate the Ops / Tech team (engineers, BI, automations).
- Understand the needs of each business area and turn them into actionable implementation projects.
- Research, test, and implement AI and automation tools (especially n8n).
- Build and optimize no-code / low-code workflows to increase efficiency and reduce dependency on manual tasks.
- Integrate internal tools (CRMs, ATS, dashboards, etc.) and ensure they work together.
- Establish priorities, timelines, KPIs, and accountability within the team.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, product, or technical process improvement.
- Proven experience building automations (n8n required, Zapier / Make / AI agents is a plus).
- Experience leading tech or ops teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-changing environments.
- Advanced English (daily communication).
