About the role
- Responsible for leading a team of field sales consultants towards achieving sales and profit goals
- Develops sales strategies and executes programs necessary to achieve the goals
- Assists with overall sales and maintains gross profit initiatives
- Reviews sales performance of Field Sales Representatives
- Oversees staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas, and goals
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
Requirements
- Progressive sales experience in the medical distribution industry
- At least three years in supervisory role, or the equivalent
- Knowledge of the Medical Industry and Product
- Familiarity with eCommerce and related order entry systems
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent preferred
