About the role
- Liaise with Business Process Management Team to develop solutions to resolve end-user and business pain-points.
- Lead the design and rollout of the System Integration and RPA solutions according to the best practice.
- Integration of various Transport Management System components and other solutions.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team and system owners in designing the roll-out and change management plan of solutions that will ensure effective user adoption.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies and develop a collaborative network with technology companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of IT Management or Business Process Management.
- 5 years’ experience in a solution position and project management are required.
- Extensive in Microsoft office 365 / Power Apps, RPA systems, Python, EDI protocol (XML, EDIFACT, X12, ANSI etc), API, Macros, SQL.
- A background in Freight Forwarding industry and experience in Cargowise One system is an asset.
