• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Requirements

Active and valid Maryland licensure as Licensed Social Worker - LCSW-C, or LCPC required.
Graduate of an approved master’s degree program in social work, counseling psychology or other related mental health field.
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
