About the role
- Set the strategic direction for the HR model and establish scalable global HR frameworks
- Advise senior leadership on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent needs
- Lead enterprise-wide performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Strengthen people leadership capability through coaching, tools, and training
- Use people analytics to guide executive decisions and anticipate workforce needs
- Oversee global employee relations and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead and develop global HRBPs and Total Rewards teams
- Ensure HR processes and practices comply with domestic and international regulations
- Represent HR in senior and executive-level discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP required
- 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at Director/Sr. Director level
- Experience leading global or multi-site HR operations
- Expertise across Organizational Design, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP WorkforceNow preferred) and Microsoft Office
