About the role
- Work with researchers, clinicians and patient partners to enhance patient engagement
- Promote anti-racism initiatives
- Facilitate services using trauma-informed approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders on patient engagement strategy
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in project coordination/management
- 3 years managing stakeholder relationships
- 2 years using public engagement tools
- Experience with anti-racism projects
- Strong facilitation skills
- Knowledge of equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-oppression frameworks
- Experience working with refugee and newcomer populations is an asset
- Degree in health sciences or social-behavioural sciences is required
