• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, providing timely and professional support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming employee experience.
• Implement new hire orientation programs and support employee recognition initiatives.
• Administer employee time off programs, leave of absence processes, and associated documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, and annual open enrollment.
• Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations (conducting lower-risk investigations independently as appropriate).
• Perform additional routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs, including but not limited to performance management, recognition programs, etc.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR systems.
• Assist with payroll processing tasks, especially related to changes, LOAs, and data validation.
• Collaborate on HR policies, process improvements, and compliance efforts as the company continues to scale.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review company policies and practices to ensure continued compliance.
• Stay current on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in HR and talent management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
