About the role
- Development of the Lindor consumer business in Portugal, working closely with the Corporate Business Division and the Iberian marketing team
- Strong leadership with the retail distributor and performance analysis
- Establish budget, develop and implement the annual marketing plan, set and achieve area objectives
- Continuous interaction with HARTMANN's multidisciplinary teams, such as SCM and Finance
- Develop the Lindor portfolio toward consumer acceptance and satisfaction
- Prepare and lead initiatives together with the local retail distributor and their team
- Implement portfolio improvements and ensure deadlines for communications and launches
- Lead and work closely with the Business Division and external suppliers (creative agencies, media, consumer response, digital)
- Grow Lindor in e-commerce through retailers, in close collaboration with Regional teams
- Take responsibility for pricing-related topics such as RRSP and CMI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Health Sciences, or similar
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Marketing/Product/Trade Manager, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Prior sales experience or as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in FMCG/OTC is a plus
- Knowledge of tools such as BI or sales excellence platforms is a plus
- Solid experience in NIQ data analysis for reporting and business insights is required
- Good understanding of marketing ROI
- Experience managing, leading and closely collaborating with agencies (creative, media, research) and other suppliers
- Preferably native/bilingual Portuguese and advanced English, or excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual reasoning
- Availability to travel within the EU due to extensive collaboration with regional and global teams.
