About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for Human and Organizational Development (HOD)
- Connect leadership, teams and business strategy
- Design, implement and monitor leadership development programs
- Lead performance evaluation cycles and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Structure learning paths and internal academies
- Support leadership on climate, engagement and people management matters
- Lead culture, values and internal communication projects
- Map competencies, succession and career plans
- Measure HOD results using KPIs and management reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior HOD Analyst, HR Business Partner (BP) or similar
- Demonstrated experience with performance evaluations, IDPs, learning paths and leadership programs
- Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in industry
- Knowledge of competency mapping and succession planning methodologies
- Fluent English for reading materials and occasional interactions
- Availability for a hybrid working model
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
- Prior involvement in culture, climate and engagement projects
- Experience with digital learning tools (LMS) and people analytics
- Certifications in leadership development, coaching or agile HR methodologies
