About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Human and Organizational Development (HOD)
  • Connect leadership, teams and business strategy
  • Design, implement and monitor leadership development programs
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Structure learning paths and internal academies
  • Support leadership on climate, engagement and people management matters
  • Lead culture, values and internal communication projects
  • Map competencies, succession and career plans
  • Measure HOD results using KPIs and management reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior HOD Analyst, HR Business Partner (BP) or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with performance evaluations, IDPs, learning paths and leadership programs
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in industry
  • Knowledge of competency mapping and succession planning methodologies
  • Fluent English for reading materials and occasional interactions
  • Availability for a hybrid working model
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
  • Prior involvement in culture, climate and engagement projects
  • Experience with digital learning tools (LMS) and people analytics
  • Certifications in leadership development, coaching or agile HR methodologies
