About the role
- Define and execute Hapana’s global marketing strategy
- Lead the expansion of Hapana in the US market
- Evolve Hapana’s brand from a startup to a global leader
- Position Hapana as a thought leader in AI-driven fitness technology
- Oversee customer migration strategies and product positioning
- Build a scalable, data-driven demand generation engine
- Design and execute account-based marketing programs
- Own and optimise the marketing technology stack
- Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Experience driving international market expansion
- Demonstrated success leading major product launches
- Strong background in demand generation, brand strategy, and product marketing
- Track record of managing and growing high-performing marketing teams
- Comfortable operating in scale-up environments ($10M–$50M revenue, 50%+ YoY growth)
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (a plus)
