  • Define and execute Hapana’s global marketing strategy
  • Lead the expansion of Hapana in the US market
  • Evolve Hapana’s brand from a startup to a global leader
  • Position Hapana as a thought leader in AI-driven fitness technology
  • Oversee customer migration strategies and product positioning
  • Build a scalable, data-driven demand generation engine
  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs
  • Own and optimise the marketing technology stack
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience driving international market expansion
  • Demonstrated success leading major product launches
  • Strong background in demand generation, brand strategy, and product marketing
  • Track record of managing and growing high-performing marketing teams
  • Comfortable operating in scale-up environments ($10M–$50M revenue, 50%+ YoY growth)
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (a plus)
