About the role
- Support our customers with their occupational pension schemes
- Provide information by telephone and in writing in response to inquiries, e.g. about the range of services
- Assist customers in using our web services
- Develop and implement ideas to improve customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational/business qualification
- Enjoys communicating with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good German language skills and basic knowledge of English
- High degree of independence and willingness to take on responsibility
- Interest in professional development
- Initial experience in customer advisory is an advantage but not required
