About the role
- Accompanying an agile team: You support our software development team in continuously reflecting on their way of working and taking it to the next level.
- Moderation & facilitation: You design Scrum events and workshops so they are lively, focused and goal-oriented.
- Coaching & enabling: You promote solution-oriented collaboration and empower teams to find their own answers to complex challenges.
- Driving change: You not only contribute ideas but actively ensure they are implemented — even when resistance arises.
- Strengthening culture: You create space for autonomy, orientation and continuous improvement — across team boundaries.
- Maintaining clarity: You approach challenges proactively and calmly before they become problems.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in mature agile organizations
- Solid knowledge of agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, OKR)
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Empathy, strong communication skills and decisiveness combined with a solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to be effective at different levels of the organization
- Strength in providing orientation and persistently driving changes even in the face of resistance
- A clear value-based understanding of self-organization, which you exemplify through your stance, presence and structure
