About the role
- Responsibility for your own portfolio of 20–30 condominium associations (500+ units)
- Accountability for the revenue and financial results of your portfolio
- Manage your squad (Accounting & Service) to achieve maximum day-to-day efficiency
- Chair owners' meetings with clarity, composure and professional presence
- Continuously develop the processes within your area of responsibility — digital, lean and effective
Requirements
- Several years of experience in WEG (condominium association) management, ideally with larger or more complex communities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both financially and strategically
- Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
- Independent, structured working style — you don't need a micromanager
