About the role
- You are interested in IT, software development, and innovative projects.
- In our trainee program, you will build a solid foundational knowledge in Business Analysis and learn important methods and approaches.
- After completing the trainee program, you will start working on client projects and take on independent responsibilities in exciting software development projects.
- You will learn about software development processes and approaches such as Waterfall and Scrum.
- You will acquire knowledge of the IREB methodology, UML, data flow diagrams, and use case diagrams.
- You will deepen your expertise in requirements analysis and requirements management.
- You will identify requirements from business stakeholders, evaluate them according to qualitative and quantitative factors, and develop solutions.
- You will formulate epics and user stories.
- You will create development roadmaps with clearly defined goals.
- You will facilitate exchanges with various stakeholders and act as the interface between IT and the business.
- You will be responsible for documenting processes and outcomes and support the team in producing reports.
