About the role
- Technical leadership and organization of trade activities, with a focus on electrical infrastructure
- Leading, motivating and developing the team, including hiring and training new employees
- Optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity, with particular emphasis on electrical cabling and infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety standards in electrical engineering
- Budget and personnel responsibility, including oversight of the operation's financial aspects.
Requirements
- Completed advanced training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable degree in Electrical Engineering
- Several years of practical experience on construction sites in electrical engineering or related fields
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Structured and efficient working style
- Solid MS Office skills
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel across Germany.
