About the role
- Lead and execute the SEO roadmap, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical optimisation across all brand websites.
- Optimise site structure, content, and metadata to align with SEO best practices and improve site health.
- Collaborate with content, development, and external teams to ensure new and existing pages are search-optimised and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Drive platform improvements such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals, using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
- Create and edit engaging content that aligns with brand strategy and enhances customer journeys.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our cultural pillars and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong technical SEO skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Proven ability to deliver SEO strategies that improve rankings and drive traffic.
- Experience optimising large, multi-brand or enterprise-level websites.
- Skilled in content creation, editing, and aligning with brand guidelines.
- Collaborative, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant qualifications in digital, marketing, or a related field (certifications a plus).
