About the role
- Develop a client portfolio, both direct and indirect.
- Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved.
- Responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients.
- Continuous feed and update of the company CRM working in close relationship with our partners
- Deliver best-in-class customer service by providing solutions that apply to client needs and continuous support to our partners.
- Promote our solutions towards main industry prescribers (architects / engineering companies)
- Communicate to the direct manager opportunity and issues and propose solutions.
- Set up ways of monitoring performance of clients and ensure appropriate follow ups.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years sales experience
- Fluent in French and English.
- Dynamic, open to learning and willing to contribute to the growth of the company
- Business and customer focused
- Analytical mindset with the ability to take initiatives / being proactive
- A good understanding of sales cycles, whether it’s on a new build development or on a retrofit opportunity.
- Experience dealing with the following will be highly looked upon favourably – Security System Integrators, Electricians / Contractors, Developers, Architects, Facilities Managers
- Experience in entrance control or selling solutions in the security industry would be advantageous.
