Manage the development of technical career paths, facilitating the design of engaging training across multiple mediums and learning styles.
Responsible for developing instructional material that are understood by various audiences.
Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders.
Design and develop content for eLearning courses.
Modify and update content from instructor-led trainings to be used for eLearning in the LMS.
Work with subject matter experts to develop courseware, including course syllabuses, slide decks, assessments, videos, training paths, and external resource management.
Create instructional supporting materials in various engaging formats (audio, video, simulations, games, etc.).
Responsible for curriculum upgrades and regular reviews of course materials.
Update courses/learning plans in the Learning Management System with the Training Manager.
Collaborate across the entire organization to bring together training materials and receive feedback on current courseware.
Other responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Self-motivated individual, willing to learn and operate in a multidisciplinary environment.
Ability to understand and collaborate with audiences ranging across technical fields.
College degree or certification in instructional design or related field.
Experience with content authoring tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Lectora, or Articulate 360.
Experience with a corporate LMS, such as Docebo, is preferred.
Basic knowledge of information security and cyber operations is desired.
Microsoft Office skills appropriate to course development.
