Develop and responsible for Southwest sales strategy and annual sales plan to support delivery of organizational strategy and objectives for GuidePoint Southwest Regional Partner
Provide support to Southwest sales team by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings and/or engaging other corporate resources as required
Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts and business efficiencies Coach, mentor and develop the sales team in all aspects to build to the highest performing team
Partner with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization’s goals
Ensure communications and collateral are coordinated and represent the GuidePoint Security brand
Direct implementation of sales policies and practices
Build revenue generating relationships with all key partners at the local and national level.
Requirements
10+ years successfully leading teams focused on enterprise security software sales leveraging a consultative selling approach
Background and experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings.
Proven track record of building and leading results-driven sales teams
Excellent track record of inspiring, coaching and developing a team to high performance
High level of integrity with a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership
Highly energetic, passionate about servicing the client, and driven to succeed
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach and thinking
Demonstrated problem-solving ability to identify and resolve complex operational, regional and executional problems, with attention to detail
Proven ability to deliver and thrive in a fast paced, agile environment
