Support the day-to-day management of our marketing operations foundation, as well as across other core marketing technologies.
Assist with marketing database, including maintaining clean lists, standardizing segment groups, and optimizing the internal data structure for GPS.
Create and maintain marketing operations documentation and processes.
Monitor database health and collaborate with internal teams on data quality initiatives.
Support management of contacts database to ensure good data hygiene and privacy data compliance.
Compile multiple data sources and create reports and dashboards to be used to drive marketing decisions.
Requirements
Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Computer Skills: Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms such as SalesForce and Marketo, preferred.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
Works well with a team.
Organized and self-motivated.
Excellent time management.
