About the role
- Oversee day to day client activities for multiple physician coding projects
- Supervisors oversee teams of up to 15 coders at any given time
- Supervisors are client facing and ensure project metrics and client satisfaction is met
Requirements
- CPC from AAPC
- 3 or more years of experience supervising coding teams or 5+ years physician coding experience
- Client facing and/or physician interaction and communications experience
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must maintain certifications during employment
