About the role
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
- Promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers
- Achieve Sales Targets: meet or exceed sales goals
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Educate and Support Providers with training
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies
- Identify new business opportunities within territory
- Monitor competitive landscape to inform tactics
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing sales role within the healthcare industry
- Experience with diagnostic products, particularly blood-based testing or cancer screening products
- Familiarity with the primary care landscape
- Proven experience in planning and executing product launches in the healthcare or diagnostic space
- Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
- Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- High-touch customer service and relationship-building skills
