About the role
- Promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers
- Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
- Educate and support providers with in-depth product knowledge and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities within your territory and foster collaborations
- Monitor competitive landscape and report insights to leadership
- Provide high-touch customer service by resolving issues proactively
- Ensure adherence to company policies and manage multiple projects effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role
- Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services preferred
- Ability to engage in selling conversations and overcome objections
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva
- Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
