About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting and qualification of corporate (B2B) clients through in-person visits;
  • Conduct external visits to present products/services and lead commercial negotiations;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the client portfolio, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Negotiate prices, terms and commercial conditions in accordance with company policy;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial approach through closing and post-sale follow-up;
  • Enter and update the CRM or commercial management system with detailed client and opportunity information;
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and logistics teams to optimize processes and ensure efficient deliveries;
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outside/field sales, preferably in the B2B segment
  • Strong organization and effective time management for visits and prospecting
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer service, and deal-closing abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales automation tools is a plus
  • Valid driver's license (CNH A/B) and own vehicle (required for travel)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
