About the role

  • Manage the full interview scheduling process across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate data and metrics in our ATS and recruiting systems
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing logistics, and inbound pipeline management
  • Manage communications among candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain clarity and provide timely updates
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, embodying Protege’s values in every interaction
  • Collect and track candidate feedback, helping improve the interview process over time
  • Partner with the Founding Recruiter and Head of People to deliver a thoughtful, human, and high-touch hiring journey
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies across recruiting operations
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and monitor recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Help develop scalable recruiting playbooks and operational best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination (preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Can build authentic relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and timely responses
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling platforms, etc.)
  • Proactive, resourceful, and unafraid to build structure in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Excited by AI, technology, and the impact of scaling world-class teams
