About the role
- Work directly with enterprise customers to extend and customize the GenAI platform for their specific needs
- Develop custom user interfaces and LLM-oriented workflows that unlock new capabilities
- Lead development of custom, responsive components using React/TypeScript
- Design and build highly-secure API endpoints and services using Python/Pyright, Flask, and Pydantic
- Collaborate closely with end-users to deliver prototypes and MVPs in days
- Serve as a technical consultant, translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable software requirements
- Own the complete technical lifecycle of customer engagements from requirements gathering to deployment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a high-impact software engineering role
- Demonstrated expertise in both client-side development (JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React or equivalent) and server-side development (Python, Node.js, or Go)
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, API design, and service design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and production deployment practices
- Experience with generative AI practices, such as MCP and prompt engineering is preferred
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment and self-directed
- Willing to travel up to 50% for on-site customer work
