About the role

  • Ensure every team can leverage trusted, actionable insights to better serve providers and clients.
  • Take ownership of our data stack, design scalable pipelines, and craft models that transform raw data into business-critical intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering experience building products, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excel at writing complex SQL pipelines and working within a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Prefect, Looker/LookML)
  • Possess strong foundations in Python, data modeling and system design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Comfort with ambiguity - You thrive in dynamic environments and are skilled at turning loosely defined problems into clear technical direction.
