Software Engineer

• Targeted implementation of group-wide standards at the Hemer site for processes, procedures, machines, tools and Lean Management
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of cost-reduction measures across production processes, coordinating with central departments
• Supporting plant management with the strategic direction of the Hemer site
• Implementing internal automation programs from concept to realization (from robot/cobot pick & place to more complex applications such as inline production lines)
• Executing product development led by central R&D; implementing new products into production up to the start of production (SOP)
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Industrial Engineering team at the Hemer site
