About the role

  • You develop and maintain our Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
  • You drive the advancement of our Kubernetes stack and implement GitOps workflows (e.g., with FluxCD)
  • You develop and operate observability solutions (monitoring, logging, tracing) and act as a point of contact and mentor for other teams
  • You actively contribute to system analysis and derive improvements — even when requirements are initially unclear
  • You participate in a rotating on-call duty

Requirements

  • We value your professional experience more than your formal education
  • You bring several years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE
  • Your technical skills: experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform), GitOps (FluxCD), Kubernetes, OpenStack, as well as monitoring, logging and tracing tools (e.g., Mimir, Loki, Grafana, Tempo)
  • You have experience working in security-sensitive environments and understand the associated requirements
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and independently develop solutions
  • You are strong in communication and enjoy sharing your knowledge
  • You feel comfortable working in a structured corporate environment (not a startup)
  • You speak fluent English; German is not required.
