About the role
- Further develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- Support, advise on, and further develop our Business Continuity Plan
- Advise business units, assess measures to maintain business operations, and transfer risks into operational risk management
- Develop, adapt, implement, and monitor business continuity policies and guidelines
- Support projects and evaluate the implementation of business continuity aspects to minimize operational outage risks
- Monitor implementation and compliance with business continuity requirements
- Coordinate and deliver awareness training to raise employee awareness
- Regularly monitor and report on compliance with requirements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in business, risk management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in business continuity management and in relevant standards and practices, e.g., DORA
- Solid knowledge in assessing business continuity risks
- Deep experience and expertise in risk modelling
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify business continuity risks specific to our company
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements desirable
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development in business continuity
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
