About the role
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Jira workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and project structures
- Optimize product management tooling, including Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms
- Create and maintain documentation for product processes, workflows, and best practices
- Support the Manager of Product Management in implementing and refining team processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency
- Explore and experiment with AI tools to improve requirements generation, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Assist with coordinating release activities, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and release documentation
- Support beta rollout programs by managing participant lists, collecting feedback, and tracking issues
- Maintain release metrics to help the team identify opportunities for improvement
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve product development efficiency
- Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product team performance and project status
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand their needs and pain points
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align on tooling and process requirements
Requirements
