IT Support

• Act as primary customer contact and account manager.
• Facilitate Customer and Team’s meetings and ensure detailed meeting minutes and actions items are promptly distributed.
• Ensure that project action items are systematically tracked and completed to support project requirements.
• Monitor the purchasing of all materials, subcontracts, equipment, and services for project(s) MEP trades by project MEP Services staff and other team members.
• Contribute to the Risk Management and Relationship Management plans that will be part of the execution strategy.
• Responsible for oversight of project MEP Services team in development and maintenance of the project master schedule to ensure conformance to project execution strategy and contractual obligations.
• The Group Manager MEP is responsible for continually monitoring progress identifying issues early during budget/costs reviews, developing needed corrective actions, and providing reports to the Project Executive, Responsible Project Director, Responsible Regional Manager, or Responsible Vice President.
