About the role

  • Supports the Human Resources department by maintaining accurate employee information
  • Coordinating HR communications and ensuring compliance with key HR processes
  • Manage documentation and assist with onboarding and verification requirements
  • Provides general administrative and operational support to keep HR functions running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an administrative position
  • Experience in human resources is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office products with a heavy emphasis on Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • HCM software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of team members’ personal information.
  • Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment
