- Serve as a strategic partner to General Managers and Director of Sales teams
- Lead the advancement of digital strategy for stations and clients through innovative products and insights
- Strengthen client relationships at local, regional, and national levels
- Analyze market performance to identify revenue opportunities
- Coach and develop local sales leaders
- Travel throughout the region to support sales execution and client engagement
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
- Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in digital and cross-platform sales strategy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in data-driven sales, audience targeting, and campaign analytics
- Expertise in media buying workflows for linear, streaming, and digital platforms
- Strong time management skills in fast-paced environments
- Strategic thinker developing scalable revenue plans and client solutions
