About the role
- Support and advise corporate clients.
- Oversee claims handling in the daily sickness allowance (KTG) area.
- Review responsibilities and coverage for each case, implement case management strategies, and assess potential for recourse.
- Conduct active case management, obtain medical documentation, and collaborate with social insurance institutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and work closely with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in the personal insurance field (especially KTG).
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent spoken and written French (C1) and good English skills.
- Experience working with international insurance solutions and employee benefits.
