About the role

  • Support and advise corporate clients.
  • Oversee claims handling in the daily sickness allowance (KTG) area.
  • Review responsibilities and coverage for each case, implement case management strategies, and assess potential for recourse.
  • Conduct active case management, obtain medical documentation, and collaborate with social insurance institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and work closely with various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the personal insurance field (especially KTG).
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies in insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
  • A team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written French (C1) and good English skills.
  • Experience working with international insurance solutions and employee benefits.
