About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive product strategy and execution for core communications capabilities
- Define and prioritize product requirements collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and lead go-to-market launch strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering
- Make critical technology decisions and influence the long-term direction
- Define, analyze, and report on key success metrics
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation
- Advocate for platform health; lead initiatives for tech debt, reliability, and maintainability
- Ability to coach and mentor junior product managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in a product management or product engineering role
- Success working in an agile environment
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Excellent organizational, quantitative analytical, and project management skills
- Experience delivering high-quality technology products in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and break down long-term vision into manageable deliverables
- Define, analyze, and report on various product metrics
- Experience working in Salesforce, JIRA, and Aha! is desirable
- Mid-level technical expertise on cloud infrastructure (preferred AWS)
