About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows
- Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and external systems via APIs and custom connectors
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize performance, usability, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Contribute to solution architecture and lifecycle management using tools like Azure DevOps
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform
- Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, relational data modeling, and ALM practices
- Experience with solution packaging, environment management, and governance
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (preferred)
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions), Git, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred)
- Exposure to Power BI and data visualization is a plus (preferred)
