About the role
- Create hiring strategies and pipeline for our most critical roles in the business
- Build a deep understanding of our teams, and create relationships with those team members and hiring managers
- Regularly analyze and report on our sourcing pipeline to hiring managers
- Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted research, passive outreach, industry networking, and creative sourcing efforts
- Develop our employment brand and use it to improve inbound interest for Grammarly
- Develop diversity and inclusion programs
- Evaluate sourced candidates
- Own outbound efforts including career fairs, tech talks, conferences, and sourcing
- Collaborate with the broader team to implement company-wide events and policies to build a united culture around our values
Requirements
- You are conscientious and motivated

- You have a Bachelor's degree
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
