Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies across channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, DSP platforms);Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to define campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs;Researching market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to guide media buying decisions;Planning and managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds;Executing targeted and data-driven ad placements to maximize reach and engagement;Monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools and adjusting strategies when needed;Generating regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally in an advertising agency or similar role;Experience in B2B marketing (a strong plus);Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics;Solid negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with media vendors;Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms;Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data clearly;Analytical mindset with critical thinking and attention to detail;BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (a plus);Upper-intermediate English (required).
