About the role

  • Development of user-centered concepts and designs that combine functionality, aesthetics and simplicity.
  • Analysis of user behavior, identification of needs and translation into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
  • Close collaboration with product management, development and clients to create digital experiences.
  • Supporting the entire design process – from concept through wireframes and prototypes to the final UI design.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in UX design, interface design or interaction design.
  • A passion for good design and a deep understanding of user needs and digital processes.
  • Structured, empathetic and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • German language skills at least at B2 level.
